Our esteemed client, a leading commercial vehicle dealership, is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to spearhead their operations in Middelburg. Key Responsibilities:

Spearhead sales growth initiatives across the full spectrum of commercial vehicles to consistently achieve and exceed monthly targets.
Recruit, onboard, meticulously train, mentor, and inspire a team of high-achieving commercial sales executives.
Develop and nurture robust, long-term strategic partnerships with key accounts, including major logistics companies, fleet operators, and corporate clients.
Proactively forecast sales volumes, effectively manage vehicle inventory, and collaborate closely with the OEM to ensure optimal product availability.
Conduct thorough market intelligence, monitor competitor pricing strategies, and partner with the marketing department to execute impactful lead-generation campaigns.

Essential Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in truck sales management or commercial vehicle dealership leadership is essential.
Demonstrated deep understanding of the commercial vehicle landscape, including financing options and fleet procurement processes.
Grade 12 qualification is mandatory; a tertiary qualification in Sales, Marketing, or Business Management will be highly advantageous.
Exceptional negotiation skills, mastery of automotive CRM platforms, and expert sales forecasting capabilities.
A valid driver’s licence is required.
