SUMMARY:
Westmead. Opportunity exists for target-orientated Sales Manager with proven sales ability as well as the ability to effectively manage others to join suppliers of logistical equipment.

POSITION INFO:
Take responsibility for the efficient operation of the Durban branch including:

Consolidate the existing customer base and grow and develop this base in terms of agreed budgets and targets
Recruit, train and motivate the sales team
Recruit and set up support mechanisms for a network of Dealers and Agents
Develop own customer base through planned marketing and skills application
Propose, discuss, and agree annual sales and margin budgets and set these as a minimum target

Requirements:

Proven sales ability
Excellent written and communication skills
Ability to manage others
Ability to work and liaise across a number of departments and functions
Ability to work unsupervised and contribute to a positive and energetic work environment
