SUMMARY:
Regional Sales Manager

POSITION INFO:

My client requires an applicant with the following requirements in the Umlaas Road area :
Qualifications:
• Matric (Grade 12 Certificate)
• Degree in Animal husbandry and Nutrition or Marketing
• Possession of a valid Code 08/EB driver''s license
Experience:
• 5 Years'' experience in a managerial position relevant to duties below
• Working knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word (Advance Level)
• Customer liaison experience
Duties
Marketing and Sales management of the region
• Regular staff meetings /minutes
• Ensure a motivated and positive staff compliment.
• Responsible for the adherence of all staff to all procedures and systems.
• Ensure that all personnel are skilled and trained and ensure ongoing training in conjunction with the HR Department.
• In conjunction with head office ensure that required training is done and claimed according to Human resource policies.
• Daily procedures and policies.
• Preparing and monthly reviewing the annual branch budget.
• Manage sales to achieve budgeted targets.
• Involved in HR-related activities.
• Recruit and Manage sales technical staff
