JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales Key Accounts Manager for meat processing factory- Paarl - Negotiable

Meat Wholesaler seeks a Sales Key Accounts Manager to manage Key Account Customers and ensure that sales volumes & targets are met.

REQUIREMENTS:

Matric with own transport and driver’s license
At least 3-years’ experience in the FMCG market
Strong general knowledge of the food services industry
Must have excellent communication skills in English both written and spoken

Knowledge of Meat is a plus.

DUTIES:

Managing Key Account Customers – ensuring that sales volumes & targets are met

Promoting sales, calling on new clients sourcing & acquiring new business, and building strong customer relationships

Generate new business opportunities

Arrange monthly promotions

Ensure orders are taken accurately and priced correctly
Managing sales queries

Manage the debtor’s age analysis ensuring customers are settling their accounts within the required time frame

Liaison with team members to provide assistance with customer service where needed

Manage reports including activity logs, call sheets every week

Conduct research and compile a report on competitive products
