We are a leading staffing and workforce solutions provider seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to drive growth within our staff outsourcing and recruitment services. This role is based in Cape Town, with responsibility spanning either local or national accounts, depending on experience and capability.

ðð¢ð§ð¢ð¦ð®ð¦ ðððªð®ð¢ð«ðð¦ðð§ðð¬ / ðð®ðð¥ð¢ðð¢ðððð¢ð¨ð§ð¬:

Proven sales experience in staffing, recruitment, labour broking or outsourcing
Strong understanding of workforce solutions and client cost drivers
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
Self-motivated with a strong hunter mentality
Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts
Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel if required

Identify and secure new business opportunities within staff outsourcing and recruitment
Develop and manage strong, long-term client relationships
Present tailored workforce solutions to clients across various industries
Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure
Collaborate with operational teams to ensure successful client onboarding
Achieve and exceed agreed sales targets and KPIs
Provide market intelligence and competitor insights
