A logistics platform that connects customers with transport providers for removals and deliveries, helping reduce costs, improve efficiency, and cut carbon emissions. It operates internationally and has a growing presence in Cape Town.

About the Role:
As a Sales Executive, you will work with warm leads, convert them into customers, and build strong relationships. You’ll manage your sales pipeline, upsell where possible, and work closely with your manager to improve results. This role is perfect for someone motivated, target-driven, and comfortable in a fast-paced sales environment.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with warm leads and convert them into customers.
• Build strong relationships, upsell effectively, and close deals confidently.
• Take ownership of your sales pipeline and manage it proactively.
• Collaborate with your manager to continuously improve performance.
• Share feedback and insights to support business growth.

Requirements:

• Proven outbound sales experience with a record of achieving targets.
• Enthusiastic, resilient, and motivated to succeed.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
• Positive, solution-focused mindset with perseverance under pressure.
• Detail-oriented, quick to learn, and adaptable.
• Thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented sales environment.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

What We Offer:

R15,000.00 – R35,000.00 (Negotiable, based on skills, experience and in relation to current package)

+ Uncapped commission with realistic OTE R540,000 + p.a.
