Sandton, Johannesburg

R20 000 – R30 000 per month plus commission

 

The Sales Executive/ New Business Development Consultant will form part of the telecommunications direct sales team and will be responsible for providing expert input and advise on improving client infrastructure to ensure a positive customer experience with the organization, more specifically with business-to-business sales. Interacting daily with customers and the internal team members with priority of building new client pipelines.

 

Educational Requirements:

  • At least 2+ years of experience specifically within the telecommunications space (Voice and data) – This previous proven experience within Telco is essential to be considered.
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Own Road worthy vehicle
  • Cellphone

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Plan and manage sales portfolio according to the market development strategy
  • Develop new customers through hones propositions and ethical sales methods, to optimize quality of services, business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Integrate personal sales efforts with organized marketing activities
  • Hand over account/client information efficiently and accurately, as per client onboarding process
  • Travel and attend meetings with relevant stakeholders, as and when required
  • Prepare relevant and professional presentations for prospects, as per company standards and aligning them with the values of the company
  • Be open to change and work closely with marketing and sales team on new company offerings
  • Negotiate with all stakeholders to provide the best solution for each prospect and client, ensuring expectations are exceeded with optimal customer satisfaction and contributing to achieving business objectives
