Sales Executive

SUMMARY:
Our client, a IT Solution & Service Provider is looking for a strong Mandarin Speaking, Sales Executive that will be based in the Johannesburg area, but responsible for the sales across South Africa.

POSITION INFO:

Qualifications and Experience:

• Matric.
• Minimum of 5-9 years'' experience in sales.
• Experience with CRM systems.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English.
• Strong people and relationship building skills.
• Work experience with Chinese Clients/Partners.
• Highly motivated and target driven with proven sales track record.

Job Responsibilities:

• Meet and exceed sales targets.
• Successfully create business from new and existing customer accounts.
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives.
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers.
• Represent the company solution & services, and educate new lead customers in a deep understanding to identify how the solution meets the client’s needs.
• Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories, projecting expected sales volume and profit.
• Maintains sales volume, and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators, and competitors.
• Establishes and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand.
• Main role of the position is to expand business opportunities with Chinese companies in the market.
