Top Sales Executive

R15 000 - R25 000 CTC + Commission, Cell allowance, and Petrol allowance

We are looking for unicorns to join Africa’s leading micro-payment processing services!

Our client is currently seeking 3 driven, target orientated Sales Executives who will deliver a premium class service to their customer base, located in Johannesburg, Durban, and Cape Town.

The candidate will be responsible for the management and development of business growth opportunities and retention of the customer base within the formal channel.

Key Performance Areas:

• Consult, negotiate, and make progress on deals to the point of signing with decision-makers/business owners.
• Source viable opportunities to promote the service to secure required daily interactions and build a solid pipeline.
• Focus on securing meetings with potential businesses.
• Strive to understand your prospects'' business and existing value-added services provider.
• Sell the end-to-end solution and the benefits thereof.
• Build up a healthy pipeline of opportunity.
• Bring in new business to exceed monthly/quarterly and annual targets agreed to
• Manage & retain relationships with key industry influencers.
• Understand the solution fully to best consult with your prospect base and ensure maximum client satisfaction once the product is installed.
• Manage all activity and reporting and report on daily/weekly/monthly to effectively manage and secure your customer base.
• Managing and actioning ongoing promotions/campaigns/strategic decisions throughout the customer base
• Keep the customer base appraised.
• Conduct monthly site visits to your customer base.
• Maintain an accurate customer database and call cycle.
• ADHOC requests as and when required to ensure your customer base continues trading.

• Matric certificate with English, additional languages being beneficial.
• Own reliable vehicle and a valid driver''s license is a must.
• Minimum of 3 years direct field sales experience.
• An excellent sales track record
• Sales related courses and diplomas will be an advantage.
• Computer literate in MS Outlook and MS Excel.
