Duties & Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new businesses lead through cold calling, networking, referrals, and online research. Conduct sales presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations to prospective clients.
• Understand client needs and recommend appropriate HR, ER, IR, and compliance services.
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients and follow through on all sales leads. • Draft and present tailored proposals and quotations in alignment with service offerings.
• Negotiate terms of agreements and close sales effectively. • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through regular follow-up and relationship management.
• Collaborate with HR consultants to stay informed on service offerings and industry developments.
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay updated on labour legislation and HR compliance trends.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports and forecasts to management.
• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing and promotional campaigns.
• Represent HR Consult at trade shows, expos, and industry networking events.

Desired Experience & Qualification

• 5+ years proven sales and HR experience, preferably in B2B or professional services sectors.
• A background or strong interest in Human Resources, ER, IR, EE, SD or labour consulting will be advantageous.
• NQF Level 6 or higher qualification (preferably in Business, HR, or related fields).
• Must have a valid driver’s license and own reliable transport.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
