We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven New Car Sales Executive to join our energetic team. POSITION INFO:
Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell new vehicles to prospective customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and explain features and benefits.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the dealership.
Generate leads through networking, referrals, and dealership marketing initiatives.
Manage the full sales process from enquiry to delivery, including finance and insurance coordination.
Stay up to date with product knowledge, competitor offerings, and market trends.
Ensure all customer documentation is accurately completed and compliant with dealership and legal standards.

Skills and Experience required

3+ Years Experience as a New Car Sales Executive
Proven track record in automotive sales, preferably in new vehicle sales
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Customer-focused with a professional and approachable demeanour
Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team
Strong administrative and organisational skills
Matric certificate (Grade 12) – essential
Valid South African driver’s license – essential
Experience with dealership management systems (e.g., Kerridge/Autoline) is an advantage
Passion for the motor industry and a willingness to learn continuously
