SUMMARY:
Sales Engineer_Mechanical Engineering Qualification required for global Client based on the East Rand Turbo machinery experience specializing in rotating equipment sales solutions

POSITION INFO:

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Develop & tract sales opportunities to fruition
• Receive Sales enquiries and process same to Projects Team
• Assist at costing stage with the Engineering group
• Prepare sales pricing and commercial tenders
• Manage the tender review process
• Submit tenders & proposals
• Order handling & customer liaison
• Marketing / regular contact and visits with customers
• Sales administrative tasks / activities
• Must meet all sales objectives

 

Your qualification

• Strong technical background and previous experience in similar or same environment
• Pre-requisite: Mechanical Engineer or qualified Artisan with relevant Turbo machinery experience specializing in rotating equipment
• Must be highly motivated, efficient, and able to work well under pressure
• Ability to make decisions and meet deadlines
• Must be able to maintain good interpersonal relations
• Good Computer skills, Microsoft Office & Microsoft Projects essential
• Must be able to communicate in English fluently, Portuguese / French advantageous
