Construct Executive Search (CES) is a specialist Executive Search/Recruitment Agency within the technical field i.e., Engineering, Construction as well as Trade & Technical (FMCG). We are currently recruiting for the below position on Contract Basis.

An Independent Company which was established in 1997 that provides a full Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) solution seek to employ Sales Engineer to be based in Gauteng. The successful candidate must have experience for growing sales of Solar PV, Energy Efficiency and Water Savings solutions in the Commercial and Industrial sectors amongst others.

Applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must be a holder of B.Sc. degree in engineering or a related field

Must have 3-5 years’ experience in Technical Sales

Must have a solid technical background

Must be able to grow sales and penetrate new markets

Must have successful track record of closing deals and growing sales volumes, relating to technical commodities.

Must be able to Plan, organize and implement an effective sales function to achieve company and personal targets, aligned with company sales policies and strategies

Must have ability to build relationships with clients quickly

Must have Analytical and problem-solving skills

Must have a valid driving licence
