POSITION INFO:

Requirements
• Gr 12
• + 3 years exp in Similar roles required
• Own Transport
• Live in Klerksdorp area
• This job is not for the faint-hearted; the candidate must be friendly and be able to cope well under pressure.
Duties
• Pastel experience essential /Excel, Internet, E-mailing essential/Process orders on Pastel /Invoicing (Pastel)
• Liaise with Factory on orders /follow up
• 100 % Accurate with figures/Queries/Stocktake/Liaise with new customers./Customer service.
• Full PA duties
• Taking minutes at meetings./Liaise with managers for their month-end reports.
• Conduct all administrative duties for R&D Department./Do research on new products.
• Monitor the development of new products./Liaise with branches for new ideas on products.
• Opening files for new clients, which contains all relevant information regarding the product and all customer details./Quotations./Compiling product catalogs./Compiling new reports.
• Implementing more efficient systems in the R&D offices and improving existing ones.
• Completing confidential company forms./Relieve / Assist at Reception./Assisting / Back-up for Dispatch.
• Marketing/Taking photos of products./Editing photo’s on Coral Draw./Creating new brochures for new products./Update existing brochures./Distribute all brochures to branches.
• Composing small advertisements./Send it to the printers./Liaise with marketing agencies.
