The Sales Coordinator is accountable for the overall effectiveness and efficiency of the Sales Team and supports the team to achieve high levels of excellence in Sales Order Fulfillment and overall Key Account Excellence to Wholesale Sales.Â

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist the Sales Manager and Sales teams with the Seasonal Sales Planning by
  facilitating the administration during the Sell-in process.
• Accurate loading of the Key account sales orders in Sync. – in line with the planned arrival of stock purchases for the season order fulfillment.
• Assist Sales Manager with seasonal consolidations for bulk order submission (order roll-up).
• Consolidate and submit the Key Accounts seasonal (monthly) Sales Order confirmations after order roll up and Finalized Seasonal confirmations.
• Assist Sales Managers in building a monthly input map for key accounts.
• Amend Key Accounts and other applicable Sales orders when required with approval by the sales manager. Order amendments in line with Sales Budgets and
  Financial Sales Targets/Budget.
• Request monthly sell – thru reports from Key Accounts; and analyze the reports to
  improve process and order fulfillment and growth.
• Send out weekly Free-to-Sell (FTS) report to all Sales Reps, Agents, and Key
  Accounts
• Assist Sales Manager in seeking potential replenishments opportunities from FTS
  for Key Accounts.
• Load all FTS replenishments orders and send Sales Orders (SO’s) confirmations to customers.
• Advise and work in conjunction with the Customer Services Team to prioritize delivery of replenishments orders; where applicable.
• Monitor monthly SO’s vs Warehouse fulfillment rate and work in conjunction with
  Customer Services on business SO prioritization, as well as other Shared Services.
• Follow up with Key Accounts / Sales Reps / Finance to ensure that all proforma invoices are sent out for COD customers at the beginning of every month.
• Assist the Sales Managers with the monthly Brand profile report
  maintenance/management.
• Resolve Key Account / Customer / Sales Reps / Sales Agents queries. Refer queries
  to the relevant Shared Services Functions.
• Follow up with Reps and Agents on, On Hold accounts.
• Amendment of Sales Agents B2B Orders (as required with the Sync system)

Education Requirements

• Essential: Grade 12 certificate (Matric).
• A relevant 3-year Tertiary Qualification would be a distinct advantage.Â

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 - 5 Years’ experience in customer services/management.
• A minimum of 2 – 3 years of experience working in a Branded Apparel environment
  is an advantage.
• High levels of Proficiency in MS Excel, Word & Outlook.
