Sales Consultants

Responsibilities:
Meet and exceed sales targets
Prospecting and setting up meetings and demonstrations with training and guidance from your Sales Mentor
Fluency in demonstrating the devices and related software
Sourcing sales opportunities through cold calling and door-to-door field calls
Conduct customer needs analysis to offer complete payment solutions
Explain the advantages and benefits of using the device and software solutions
Process daily admin workflow, calls, support, orders, quotes on the CRM platform
Process orders, quotes via email, phone and face-to-face
Collection and delivery of devices to merchants
Ensure merchants are properly onboarded
Assist merchants with additional software on the devices as appropriate
Train merchants to sue the device to take payments and VAS
Regular follow up on merchants to ensure traction and usage of the POS device
Ensure client satisfaction, promptly escalate critical problems to management
Continuous relationship building

Requirements:
Grade 12/Higher level education
Clear criminal record 
Computer literacy(Microsoft Office - specifically Excel) android and web skills
Strong networking skills
Proven sales track record
Excellent organisational and time management skills
Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
Excellent presentation and negotiating skills
General business acumen
