Sales Consultant - Recruitment

SUMMARY:
Are you entrepreneurial with a background in sales? Are you persistent and resilient? Our Communicate Recruitment team in Cape Town is growing! We are looking for an outgoing, energetic and results driven Talent Acquisition Consultant to prospect, manage and recruit with our team.

POSITION INFO:

This full service, 360-degree role includes client development as well as candidate attraction and recruitment

Duties:

Increasing the number as well as the quality of relationships with both the client and candidate

Maintaining, as Talent Acquisition Consultant, close collaboration and support from colleagues

Matching and placing candidates into the right position by ensuring the client and candidates needs understood and met

Maintaining an all-around excellent customer service

Desired skills & experience

Skilled at meeting and exceeding sales quotas and passion for producing results

Strong networking and relationship building/management skills

Provides excellent service and individual attention to customers

Adept at negotiating contracts and closing sales

A strong work ethic and sense of commitment

Able to work in a very fast paced, dynamic environment with a strong sense of urgency

Excellent communication skills

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 2 – 5 years sales experience (highly advantageous)

Intermediate computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualification:

Grade 12

Degree or Diploma (highly advantageous)
