Sales Consultant Recruitment

SUMMARY:
We’re looking for experienced sales and/or recruitment consultants to join our brand. The successful incumbent will be an ambitious self-driven individual. Someone who in a demanding career, is driven to achieve results no matter what.

POSITION INFO:

As a Recruitment Specialist you will take ownership of the recruitment process through fee negotiations, new business development and sourcing and interviewing professionally qualified candidates

Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years sales experience

Strong building relationship skills

Great business acumen

Strong work ethic

Excellent interpersonal skills

Competitive and driven to exceed targets

Enjoys working in a fast-paced environment

Intermediate computer skills on Microsoft Word and Excel

Qualification:

Grade 12

Bachelor’s degree (highly advantageous)
