SUMMARY:
Well-established Waste Management Company seeks an energetic and enthusiastic External Sales Rep to increase revenue in the Paper and Plastics Division by acquiring new business, as well as sell additional services to existing clients.

POSITION INFO:
Duties include:

Target clientele would be Commercial and Industrial sites.
Service existing clients and generate new revenue streams.
Reporting – daily stock check to see what collections have been done for clients.
Cold Calling
Total Waste Management Proposals & Costing’s
Ad hoc Quotations / Clean Up Quotations
Site Appraisals and inspection in order to view the clients needs. To allow a full understanding of what waste is coming off the client site, quantities, and what the client is wanting from a service provider.
Once the site appraisal is done, prepare a costing to be approved by management who will then draft a proposal for the client based on the costing provided
Customer relations – assisting client queries, and sales. Keep in touch regularly and make sure equipment is being utilized as recommended.
Client Relations Manager – to see the existing customers and retain a good relationship.
Monthly Sales Report – to send to Manager to show profitability
Monthly Volume Reports for Clients.
Assist team where necessary.

Responsibilities:

Matric
Own vehicle and clean drivers license
Strong negotiation and consultative sales skills
