SUMMARY:
Looking for Call Centre Agents. Basic and Commission. Cape Town based.

POSITION INFO:

To call all Leads provided by the Employer for the purpose of selling insurance products

To register all outcomes
To check that all your outcomes are correct
To meet the agreed targets
To comply with the necessary regulations by adhering to the compliance prompts
To perform ad-hoc calls for the maintenance and updating of records

The following are requirements

Knowledge

Matric
Minimum of 2 year call centre experience
Sales experience

Skills

Excellent Admin Skills
Excellent customer services
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Good time management
Planning and organising
Good negotiation skills

Attitude

Ability to work well under pressure and to meet daily targets

Advantageous

Passed RE exam
FAIS credits
Proven sales track record
