SUMMARY:
We are currently recruiting for sales consultants within the Property Industry.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job requirements:

Generating client leads to buy, sell a property.
Counselling clients on market conditions, prices, and bonds.
Developing a competitive market environment by comparing properties.
Creating lists for real estate sale properties, with information location, features, square metres, etc.
Showing properties to potential buyers.
Completing OTP and assimilating supporting documentation.
The ability to close deals
Facilitating negotiations with buyers.
Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Promoting properties with ads, listings, social media and open weekends.
Maintaining your real estate knowledge
