POSITION INFO:

We are recruiting for vibrant Sales Consultants in the retail sector who have a strong flair for sales and client service.

The position will be based at Mall of the North.

The position requires individuals who are able to work shifts (morning and afternoon), weekends (alternating, one on and one off) and public holidays.

Salary R8350 per month COST TO COMPANY plus commission and incentives

Responsibilities

Sales of luxury goods in store
Cold calling to obtain new sales
Capturing sales information on the CRM system
Addressing client queries and resolving issues
Assisting with stock counts
Merchandising
Housekeeping
General administration duties

Requirements

Sales experience is ESSENTIAL
Telesales / cold calling experience
Excellent customer service skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Computer literate
