Your responsibilities may include:

• Conducting calls to select leads.

• Working with growth teams to strategically identify and target leads.

• Matching or exceeding daily sales targets.

• Keeping records of calls to facilitate future sales.

What are we looking for in our Telesales Agents?

• Strong people skills – you will be required to interact with a diverse range of people on a daily basis. A friendly telephone manner and great communication skills are essential.

• Ability to work under pressure and solve problems in a fast-paced environment – candidates must be able to handle challenging calls with resilience and confidence.

• Competent computer skills – candidates must be able to navigate relevant computer programs and telephone systems.

• Ability to learn about products and services and effectively describe/explain them to prospects.
