POSITION INFO:

Exhilarate in the heart of Amanzimtoti is now hiring office-based sales consultants.

You will be working for a well-established business. This is a great opportunity for you to write your own pay cheque. The uncapped commission structure allows you to earn as much as you want.

You will be responsible for outbound sales calls to new clients using an existing database. As you progress within the business, into a leadership role you will be responsible for teaching, training and leading a team of sales consultants.

To do this you need to have immaculate communication skills, as well as exceptional leadership abilities.

You will be provided with fully comprehensive training. The training will teach you everything you need to know about the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Building a strong, product knowledge of our products.
Educating clients to understand the features and benefits of our products.
Consistently achieving monthly goals.
Willing to push yourself to succeed.
Great communication skills.

Essential Criteria:

Strong negotiating and influencing skills with clients at all levels.
Matric or NQF Level 4 is a MUST
Ability to priorities, work under pressure and to meet deadlines.
Passion for selling and motivated by achieving results.
Confident and professional.
Excellent communication skills.
Must be positive and driven individual, with the tenacity and goal-driven attitude of a successful salesperson.
Speak English/Afrikaans
