Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for Sales Consultants for their Call Centre based Somerset West. To generate new business, as well as retain existing business

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

• Sells solutions that protect individuals (and/or businesses) from financial loss
• Reach and exceed target of 5 successful sales per day
• Keep accurate records and ensure data integrity through updating relevant Lead Management System
• Maintains relationships with clients and advises of changes in coverage.
• Prepares reports, seeks out new business and maintains records.
• Serves as a first contact with the member

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric (Grade12)
• RE (Advantageous)
• 2 years+ Experience in call centre sales environment
• Knowledge of Medical Aid and Insurance products (Life, Health, GAP, Short Term).
• Computer literacy essential
• Proven ability to work under pressure and target driven
• Punctual
• Excellent business communication skills (e.g. Telephone Etiquette, business language)
