SUMMARY:
Our client is looking for Sales Consultants for their Call Centre based Somerset West. To generate new business, as well as retain existing business

POSITION INFO:

Responsibilities:

Enhance and protect the image of Episodic Health and its partners
Sells solutions that protect individuals (and/or businesses) from financial loss
Reach and exceed target of 5 successful sales per day
Keep accurate records and ensure data integrity through updating relevant Lead Management System
Maintains relationships with clients and advises of changes in coverage.
Prepares reports, seeks out new business and maintains records.
Serves as a first contact with the member

Minimum Requirements:

Matric (Grade12)
RE (Advantageous)
2 years+ Experience in call centre environment (Financial Services Industry - DOFA Records will need to be provided)
Knowledge of Medical Aid and Insurance products (Life, Health, GAP, Short Term).
Computer literacy essential
Proven ability to work under pressure and target driven
Punctual
Excellent business communication skills (e.g. Telephone Etiquette, business language)
