Sales Consultant

SUMMARY:
A well established and reputable company is providing and awesome opportunity for Outbound Sales Consultants to work from home and earn a good salary. If you enjoy writing your own pay cheque and working from home then this position is for you. You will receive a market related basic salary plus a good commission structure.

POSITION INFO:

Requirements

• Must have Grade 12 or equivalent
• Must have at least 1-year outbound call centre sales experience
• Must have a strong passion for sales
• Must be computer literate and have own laptop
• Must be able to communicate well
• Must be confident and determined
• Must be able to handle objections
• Relevant sales in house training or accredited score is advantage
• Must have good negotiation skills
• Must be able to work from home
• Must have a stable internet connection with speed higher than 2mbps
• Must have the ability to sell
• Must have a clear ITC and criminal record

KPAs

• You will be responsible to sell the company products to qualifying customers and meet all the required sales and QA targets
• You will be responsible to reach your daily, weekly and monthly targets
• You will be responsible to promote and sell products according company policy and procedures
• You will responsible to upsell and retain customers
• You will responsible to generate referrals
• You will be responsible to reach out to customer leads through cold calling
• You will be responsible to sell the product to customers in a manner that customers fully understand what they have purchased
