POSITION INFO:

Key Responsibilities:

Processing and managing customer orders, liaising with Sales Executives and Logistics. • Liaising with customers by telephone and email. • Attend to all customers queries internally and externally. • Provide customers with quotations and product specifications when requested. • Processing customer orders through SAGE system, making sure all details are correct on the customer’s order/enquiry. • Liaise with warehouse personnel. • Releasing of backorders. • Informing customers of stock availability and deliveries. • Processing of credit notes timeously. • Advising customers on their account status and pending orders. • Processing sample orders for Sales Executives. • Liaise with Sales Executives regarding sales leads. • Upselling by offering customers products on promo or special price volume based. • Advise purchasing department of stock requirements on a weekly basis. • Prepare weekly backorder report and send to customers. • Assist with other ad hoc duties as may be required by Supervisor

Min Requirements:

Grade 12

Certificate /Diploma from a recognise College /University

Internal Sales Experience - 3 years

Knowlege Skills & Abilities Required to perform Funtions:

Microsoft Excel / Word
Knowledge of ERP Systems i.e. SAGE, SYSPRO, PASTEL and SAP
Ability to communicate well with customers
Able to meet deadlines
Teamwork
Time Management
Must be able to adapt to change
Reliable, Honest and Problem Solving Skills
Communication Read and Writing in English.
