Sales Support

POSITION INFO:

Looking for a Sales Co Ordinator who will support the sales team within a Vehicle workshop and service station environment. This role will be responsible for customer service, sales support and administration to the team and the Branch Manager.

Requirements:

Matric
At least 2-3 years experience working within a parts service or vehicle workshop environment
Driver''s License and own vehicle
Computer literate on MS Excel (Intermediate NON NEGOTIABLE), MS Word, MS PowerPoint and MS Projects
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
Good time management skills and ability to work independently
Self-motivated and disciplined individual who shows initiative
Ethical approach to work
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Read and write reports and analysis information/mathematically good
Very good attention to detail and can communicate well at all levels (Senior Management/Customers)
