POSITION INFO:
Requirements:
- Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Degree or Diploma in Sales, Marketing, or Business (preferred).
- Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport are required

Role and Responsibilities:
Daily Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor all incoming customer enquiries.
- Assist with quotations for rentals, moves, and transport services.
- Oversee reception management, ensuring smooth communication with clients.
- Provide 24-hour closed enquiry follow-up assistance, when required.
- Maintain and update the missed call log.
- Compile job cards accurately and ensure all relevant information is captured.
- Conduct Job Card Q&A approvals to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Review and approve quotes from other sales representatives (R100,000 – R300,000, non-technical).
- Provide support with transport quotations as needed.
Weekly Responsibilities
- Follow up with Sales Representatives on open and live items to ensure progress and closure.
Monthly Responsibilities
- Close all open quotes and ensure proper documentation.
- Review monthly sales statistics and performance reports.
- Conduct follow-ups on the Open Items Report with Sales Representatives.
- Assist in preparing the monthly website article or content updates.
Ad-Hoc Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and operational assistance to the Sales Manager as required.
