JOB DESCRIPTION:

A large African Primium Art business ,is looking for a commited and hard working individual who is customer service driven, for their business unit to be based at Mall of Africa. Working the retail hours including to work weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Provide and Exceed customer expectations by providing excellent customer service.

• Maintain housekeeping, uphold our visual merchandising standards in order to maximise sales.

• Ensure individual /stand targets are met on a weekly/monthly bases.

• Ability to maximise and drive sales by identifying opportunities to increase turnover.

• Create an inspiring environment to work and and service customers.
