POSITION INFO:

• Greet customers warmly and offer assistance.
• Provide product information and style advice.
• Arrange and display merchandise attractively.
• Restock shelves and ensure stock is neat and organized.
• Operate cash register and process transactions accurately (upon Cashier Training).
• Handle customer inquiries, returns, and exchanges.
• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the store environment.
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Assist with stocktaking and inventory checks.
• Promote ongoing sales, promotions, and BNPL apps (e.g., PAYFLEX, PAY-JUST-NOW).
• Ensure there is a staff member stationed at fitting rooms, keep fitting rooms tidy, and assist customers with fitting.
• Follow store policies and procedures regarding security and safety.
• Keep up-to-date with new products and store promotions to upsell effectively.
• Support team members and contribute to a positive work environment.
