SUMMARY:
The purpose of the role is for the development, management and control of day to day shop sales for the Tyre Fitment Center. The duties include the development and implementation of a sales strategy, developing targets and deriving performance reports.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Job Description:

Developing a Marketing and sales strategy for the business.
Managing and executing the sales strategy.
Managing monthly sales targets.
Networking and Marketing.
Compiling monthly sales reports.
Conducting market research on rival products.
Designing and implementing marketing plans for company products.
Developing sales proposals to clients.
Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
Working with the sales team to develop targeted sales strategies.
Answering client queries about product specifications and uses.
Maintaining client relations.
Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
Creating and presenting sales performance reports.

Qualifications:

Grade 12
Marketing and sales Diploma or Business Management Diploma
3 years’ experience in the management of marketing and sales for a company
High-level communication and networking skills.
A passion for sales.
Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies.
Good project management skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Ability to work well under pressure.
Experience and knowledge of government tendering systems will be an added advantage
