SUMMARY:
Great opportunity for a seasoned Call centre Agent that wants to work from home and has experience in selling Value Added Products.

POSITION INFO:

3 years of call centre experience.

2 years of warranty/VAPS/vehicle insurance experience.

Multilingual (Fluency in English and two other conversational languages i.e. Afrikaans and Zulu, etc.)

QUALIFICATION:

Matric.

RE5

FETC: Short-term Insurance NQF4 or better (Preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Full function Sales Representative duties selling warranties.

Making appointments and quoting clients.

Closing deals.

Admin related functions.

NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Solid Administration Skills.

Self-Accountability & Time Management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literate.

Analytical skills & Attention to detail.
