SUMMARY:
Great opportunity for a dedicated Call Centre Agent with experience in Warranty Sales that wants to work from home.

POSITION INFO:

Full function Sales Representative duties selling to membership clients.

Making appointments and quoting clients.

Closing deals.

QUALIFICATION:

Matric.

Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma (Any Field) preferred.

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED:

Min 2-year Call Centre Sales experience.

Cold calling experience.

Currently employed.

Multilingual: Fluency in English and two other conversational languages i.e.: Afrikaans and Zulu, etc.

Must have access to stable internet/network connectivity.

NON-TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Solid Administration Skills.

Time Management.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Computer literate.

Analytical skills & Problem-solving.

Attention to detail.

Adaptability to change.

Stress tolerance & Resilience.
