Our client has an opportunity available for a Sales Agent based in Johannesburg.

Requirements:

Understand letting, tenant & other operational procedures and processes.
Can easily adapt to change.
Ability to prioritize and work under pressure.
Confident and vibrant personality.
Very hard working.
Must be willing to be available outside of working hours.
Well-spoken and presentable Communication skills.
Strong command of the English language- essential.
Ability to speak at least 3 African languages.
Excellent Telephone Etiquette skills.
Computer literacy of MS Office, Excel- essential.
1+ years sales experience- essential.
Matric- essential.
Real Estate qualification- advantageous.
Clear Credit record and Criminal record.

KPAs:

Responsible for new deals signed with the company by promoting the business, ensuring new deals are signed every month and includes sourcing prospective tenants.
Contact prospective tenants to set up viewings and attend arranged viewings with the intention of selling units available in the buildings.
Reply to emails and get details of prospective tenants.
Close deals by getting lease fee or full deposit paid by the tenant.
Reply on emails, get full details of prospective tenants, assist clients in completing the application form and thoroughly explain the application process to clients.
Ensure your capability to understand and explain lease charges on the pricelist and lease processes.
