We are building a talent pool of future Sales Advisors who can be considered for upcoming roles within our company. Whether you’re an experienced sales professional or just starting your career, this could be your chance to jumpstart your career.

We’re looking for individuals who can:

• Use their sales expertise to engage potential clients, pitch products/services, and close deals.
• Create and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
• Willing to learn and handle inbound and outbound calls/emails, assist customers with their inquiries, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
• Work towards set performance and sales goals, ensuring targets are met or exceeded consistently.

Key Qualifications

• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Prior experience in sales, customer service, or BPO roles is a plus, but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Excellent listening skills and empathy to understand customer needs
• Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various communication platforms (CRM, email, chat systems)
• A positive attitude and a strong work ethic

Critical Requirements:

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• 1 year sales experience in BPO industry/ Contact Centre
• Able to work nightshift (US hours) and weekends
