Our client, a leading food production and supply company, seeks to employ a Frontline Sales Administrator to attend to frontline office duties, as well as manage Sales/Customer Service functions between the production plant and their factory/cash n carry shop.
Please note that this role is not at a senior level but does require a candidate who has gained experience in food sales, as well as customer service in a manufacturing environment.
- You will have completed Matric, coupled with 3 years experience in supporting the sales team, as a client liaison relating to pricing, promotions and order processing.
- You will have experience in confirming orders and executing promptly, as well as following up o back orders and deliveries and liaising between the warehouse and sales team on stock availability
- You will have solid proficiency working on a ERP system, as we ll as have superior record keeping abilities on MS Excel.
- YOu will be able to communicate effectively in English and Afrikaans, be organized and have proven time management abilities
- You must have a valid driver’s license, own car, contactable work references and a clear criminal and credit record
