SUMMARY:
We are looking to employ a Sales Administrator for a well established textiles manufacturer based in Brackenfell, Western Cape

POSITION INFO:

Ideal Industry experience:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in customer service irrespective to any specific industry however experience/exposure to the Textile/Clothing industry will be helpful.

Minimum Qualification:

Grade 12.
Knowledge of business administration.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
Experience in working with CRM (Client Relationship Management) software preferred

Technical skill requirements:

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
Strong analytical ability.
Technologically Savvy.
Ability to work under pressure.
Ability to multitask.
Must be organized, flexible and professional at all times.

Key duties and responsibilities:

Providing excellent customer service at all times.
Attending to and capturing customer orders received by phone and email (orders email)
Keep customers informed of committed delivery dates.
Attend to customer enquiries via phone, email or those walking in, in a timely manner, gather sufficient information to pass on to sales representatives if technical assistance is required.
Provide internal support to sales team.
Capture and forward colour matching development forms to the dye house and keep track of the process in order to provide feedback.
To maintain high levels of product knowledge (to be provided during induction training).
Manage the weekly account requirements and biweekly stock transfers to our main retail partner.
