Sales Administrator (Rustenburg)

SUMMARY:

A permanent position exists for a suitably experienced Sales Administrator with experience in a highly demanding customer service environment within in heavy Industrial mining sector. This position will be based in Rustenburg.

NON-NEGOTIABLE:

Experience in a highly demanding customer experience environment within the mining or heavy industry sector.

Qualifications:

 ·       Grade 12 or equivalent

·       Proficient in both English & Afrikaans

·       Administrative qualification advantageous

Experience:

 ·         5 years related work experience.

·         Experience in a demanding customer service environment

Responsibilities:

·         Respond timeously to RFQ and enquiries from customers.

·         Prepare professional responses and quotations for customers.

·         Follow up on all quotations sent to customers ensuring a positive outcome.

·         Receive customer orders, order stock if required, invoice and arrange timeous delivery from stores.

·         Follow up on all outstanding customer back orders – maximizing sales opportunities.

·         Maintain a POD register per customer ensuring all invoices are signed and loaded for payment by the customers.

·         Ensure all service call outs are quoted and invoiced accordingly, cross reference all job cards with invoices.

·         Assist Field Service Technicians with the professional lay out and presentation format of all audits conducted.

·         Ensure all quarterly audits are completed thus maximizing service revenues and potential parts sales to customers.
