SUMMARY:
Our well established client in the CBD is a premium high end goods company looking for a dedicated and dependable Sales Administrator to receive and process sale orders online, or via phone and e-mail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:

Service and maintain the active customer base as given
Develop the % of repeat business from the active customer base
Develop inactive customers into active customers
Develop new customers through sourcing prospective customers
Meet and exceed monthly targets
Complete and adhere to all administrative policies and procedures of the company

REQUIREMENTS:

3+ years' internal sales experience
Matric (non-negotiable)
Clear credit record
Proven track record in sales / telemarketing / customer service
Proficiency in MS Office
Own transport + valid driver’s license (essential)
Target driven
Self-motivated
Admin, time management and communication skills (essential)
Able to work under pressure

HOURS:

08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday
08h30 to 13h00 every second Saturday
