SUMMARY:
Our well established client in the CBD is a premium high end goods company looking for a dedicated and dependable Sales Administrator to receive and process sale orders online, or via phone and e-mail.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

DUTIES:
  • Service and maintain the active customer base as given
  • Develop the % of repeat business from the active customer base
  • Develop inactive customers into active customers
  • Develop new customers through sourcing prospective customers
  • Meet and exceed monthly targets
  • Complete and adhere to all administrative policies and procedures of the company
REQUIREMENTS:
  • 3+ years' internal sales experience
  • Matric (non-negotiable)
  • Clear credit record
  • Proven track record in sales / telemarketing / customer service
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Own transport + valid driver’s license (essential)
  • Target driven
  • Self-motivated
  • Admin, time management and communication skills (essential)
  • Able to work under pressure
HOURS:
  • 08h00 to 17h00 Monday to Friday
  • 08h30 to 13h00 every second Saturday
