SUMMARY:
An upmarket interior retailer based in Cape Town is currently expanding and looking to appoint a Sales Administrator based at the showroom. We are looking for individuals with excellent administrative skills (handling website sales queries, quotes, invoices, emails, etc.) and willing to work every 2nd Saturday.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Qualifications required:

Matric
Admin related certificates/courses
Certificate or Diploma in Interior Design is advantageous

Skills and experience required:

Minimum of 3 – 5 years’ experience in a sales admin position
Experience within the interior or decor industry will be given preference
Strong administrative skills
Client service excellence
Computer literate
Valid driver’s license

Job description:

Provide sales assistance and advice to customers in showroom
Website sales queries
Quotes
Invoicing
Incoming sales calls and queries
Assist with stock take
Client aftercare
Showroom admin
