Do you love Customer Service and have minimum two years working experience with a stable track record dealing with customers and administration experience?  Our Logistics Client based in Bellville requires your go-getter & strong initiative personality to join their successful concern.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

REQUIREMENTS
Matric and own transport ESSENTIAL
WORKING HOURS – 7am to 5pm (1 hour for lunch)
Must be well spoken in English and Afrikaans
Min 2 years’ experience in logistics, general admin and/ or retail experience Stable personality that loves dealing professionally with clients
Meticulous, disciplined with the ability to prioritise tasks methodically
Confident, an extrovert with good self-esteem
Able to handle challenging customer situations
 
DUTIES
Punctual and professional handling of customer queries
Sending quotations and invoices via email, followed by confirmation of receipt and payment
Processing of payment of vehicles timeously on the in-house system for all forward planning purposes
General administration duties
Confirm all information captured is complete and accurate before submission
Ensure logistic planning is correct and all urgent vehicles are delivered on time
Consistent updates with contacting clients regarding status of deliveries
Manager general filing systems
 
Salary: R10 - R12000, dependent on experience
