Position: SALES ADMINISTRATOR

Inherent requirements:

• Matric

• 2 to 3 years’ experience within sales environment

• Sales experience in the medical profession and or medical staff recruitment

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written)

• Established customer relationships in the medical field

• Computer literate

Other requirements & skills:

• Sale/Marketing qualification

• Relationship building skills

• People skills

• Highly organized with strong presentation

skills Duties & responsibilities:

• Quotations for Business Sales Consultants

• Liaise with clients regarding outstanding documentation i.e., credit application trade refs etc

• Update of Sales tracker

• Record weekly sales figures

• Compiling sales reports

• Keep record of client visits

• Checking or filling out movement instruction/slips

• Ensure all documentation are submitted and signed by both client and salesperson – T&C’s and or SLA’s and or Annexure A’s

• Follow up on account credit limit

• Assist in distribution of marketing and sales support material to potential clients profiles/brochures/Power point presentations

• Cold calling/tele sales

• Research re client and competition

• Engagement /interaction with clients on behalf of the salesperson in terms of appointments etc

• Capacity of current resources i.e., add this to someone’s portfolio or have a dedicated resource for the group or branch.

• Provide administration support to ensure sales targets/budgets are met.

• Keep a record of all sales activities & maintain a data base of clients

• Clinic Facilitator orientation packs.

• CF client visitation reports.

• CF stats as to who orientated and who is working, where & when.

Working hours: 07h30 to 16h00 (Monday to Friday) Overtime as and when required
