POSITION INFO:

Our client based in Thornville is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their dynamic team. 

Information on the role as follows:

Duties will include:

• Daily Bank Offer
• Daily Beverage Invoicing and POD Schedule
• Daily Capturing of high volume and sometimes complex orders
• Ad Hoc capturing of Cash sales
• Checking Delivery of Orders
• Processing of Returns
• Follow up on outstanding Proof of Delivery (PODs)
• Filing of Proof of Delivery (PODs) and Credit Notes
• Chep Pallet Recon
• System Pricing management
• Management of System Issues
• Monthly Bank Audits

Requirements:

• Grade 12 / Matric
• More than 3 years’ experience in in Sales Admin
• FMCG Background preferable
• Must be able to work independently
• Effective verbal and listening communications skills
• Effective written communications skills
• Computer literacy (Ms Office)
• Must be self-motivated with the ability to meet pressurised deadlines
• Strict attention to detail
• Personal and Professional Integrity
• Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize
