SUMMARY:
Assist customers with the requests and queries for orders, quotations, and lead times.

MAIN PURPOSE:
Assist customers with the requests and queries for orders, quotations, and lead times.
 
EDUCATION SKILLS REQUIREMENT:

• Grade 12 or equivalent
• Proficient in both English & Afrikaans
• Administrative qualification advantageous.

• Microsoft Excel, Outlook 365 & Word experience (mandatory).
• Syspro experience (advantageous)

• Excellent telephonic sales personality skills
• Maximise sales revenue through professional and timeous responses to customer enquiries.
• Excellent time management skills
• Energetic and self-starter
• Able to multitask the activities by shifting priorities.
• Decision making, problem solving mentality.

• Respond timeously to RFQ and enquiries from customers.
• Prepare professional responses and quotations for customers.
• Follow up on all quotations sent to customers ensuring a positive outcome.
• Receive customer orders, order stock if required, invoice and arrange timeous delivery from stores.
• Follow up on all outstanding customer back orders – maximizing sales opportunities.
• Maintain a POD register per customer ensuring all invoices are signed and loaded for payment by the customers.
• Ensure all service call outs are quoted and invoiced accordingly, cross reference all job cards with invoices.
• Assist Field Service Technicians with the professional lay out and presentation format of all audits conducted.
• Ensure all quarterly audits are completed thus maximizing service revenues and potential parts sales to customers.

• 5 years related work experience.
• Experience in a demanding customer service environment

• Perform any other reasonable duties generated by management not covered in the above requirements.
