SUMMARY:
Sales Administrator- Pietermaritzburg

POSITION INFO:
Our client is looking for someone to assist in administration and sales

Responsibilities:

Assist in the sale of products.
Monitor backlogs, order book and forecasts to ensure all orders are shipped on time to customers.
Maintain sales records, including but not limited to, sales orders, sales tracker, email databases, customer forecasts (releases).
Incoming and outgoing telephone and email queries.
Customer visits.
Administer the RFQ process and ensure quotes are provided back to customer timeously.
Costing and preparing of quotes to customers.
Liaise with logistics to ensure on time delivery of orders.

Requirements:

Matric Diploma Pass (Essential)
Further education in sales or finance (Preferrable)
Must have at least 1 years’ experience working in a sales department. (Essential)
Proficient in English, both written and verbal (Essential) Advanced / Expert Computer skills in MS Word and Excel (Essential)
