POSITION INFO:

 Sales Administrator

 

One of our clients based in Montague Gardens is looking for a Sales Administrator to join their team.

 

Salary R7000.00 Commission will start after 6 months.

 

Sales Administrator Responsibilities

 

- Attend to website queries - and distribution of email requests

- Verifying orders, including customers'' information and payment

details.

-Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain

- Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.

- Compiling monthly sales reports.

- Expediting orders through internal liaison.

- Directing feedback from customers to relevant departments.

- Identifying new products and offer to customers by telephone & email.

- Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if

requested.

 

Sales Administrator Requirements

 

- Previous experience in sales administration/ administration or a similar

role.

- Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills.

- Experience with industry software such as Umbrella/ Pastel

- Advanced knowledge of administrative record keeping.

- Familiarity with sales reports and sales records.

- Proficiency with word processing and spreadsheet software.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
