SUMMARY:
An administrator will be required to provide the Sales Team with various Sales administrative functions and to ensure a proper flow of documentation, recording and monitoring of all administrative duties in a professional manner.

Sales Administrator

Area: Umhlanga, Durban

Package: R20000 P/M

Job Purpose: An administrator will be required to provide the Sales Team with various Sales administrative functions and to ensure a proper flow of documentation, recording and monitoring of all administrative duties in a professional manner. The administrator will be responsible to deliver effective sales support by assisting the managers and staff across the entire sales function.

Qualifications and Experience

Grade 12

Knowledge of filing systems

Good command of English both oral and written

Excellent organizational skills

Great attention to detail

Knowledge of SYSPRO system

2 Years’ experience in a similar position

Computer literate, Basic Microsoft office (including Excel)

Key Performance Areas

Assisting with Customer Complaints

Updating book dates on SYSPRO system o

Checking order plans against system reports

Follow up on deliveries

Adding stock sheets for stock taking

Check independent orders against customer orders

Develop an efficient filing system to make updating and retrieving files easier
