Sales Admin/ General office assistant

SUMMARY:
Our client in Rosebank, Johannesburg a well-known auctioneer company is looking for a Sales Admin/ General office assistant lady between 25-35 yrs for January 2026.

POSITION INFO:

Key responsibilities

• Sales support:

• Process sales orders, invoices, and payments. 

• Maintain and update customer databases and sales records. 

• Compile sales reports and monitor sales efforts. 

• Assist with after-sales support. 

• Office administration:

• Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle general correspondence. 

• File documents, manage mail, and handle various paperwork. 

• Customer service and communication

• Respond to customer inquiries and provide basic customer support. 

• Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff. 

• Document and data management:

Required skills

• Matric
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
